Introduction

What is CloudyExcel?

CloudyExcel is a free online tool for comparing Excel files side by side. Upload two spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, or CSV) and instantly see the differences highlighted with color coding.

Supported File Formats

We support the following formats:

• .xlsx - Excel 2007+ workbooks
• .xls - Legacy Excel workbooks
• .csv - Comma-separated value files (automatically converted to XLSX)

How to use

1. Go to Compare Excels
2. Upload your first file
3. Upload your second file
4. Click "Find Difference!!!"
5. Use the navigation buttons to step through differences

Color Coding

• Red - Deleted cells
• Green - Added cells
• Gray - Unchanged cells (context)

Compare Excel

Getting Started

Navigate to the Compare Excels page. Upload two files using the upload buttons. Once both files are loaded, click "Find Difference!!!" to run the comparison.

Navigating Results

After the comparison runs, use the navigation bar to step through each difference:

• First/Last - Jump to the first or last difference
• Previous/Next - Step through differences one at a time

Downloading Results

Sign up for a free account to download comparison results as an Excel file.

To delete user data

• Login from your account.

• Open your profile by clicking on your name.

• Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on Delete Data button.
